Thanks for pointing out that business owners should develop a strong brand identity to grow. I would imagine that any business owner would want to reach more potential customers to increase their revenue. I think that they should also consider looking for certification experts in ISO for them to develop the needed expertise to audit a Business Continuity Management System.
